FAQs - General
Why do you only offer digital pattern ?
Digital patterns allow us to offer a larger range of sizes at the same time and for one price. Comparatively, paper patterns often need two or more sizing categories to be sold separately to cover the printing cost.
How do I assemble the A4 /US Letter PDF pattern ?
First, do not forget to choose the right printing format and the custom scale 100% in your printer settings.
Before printing the whole file, make a test by printing the first page of the pattern, then measuring the square test with a ruler to be sure that it is the right size.
To assemble the pattern, overlap the pages on the cutting line, taking care to align the marks.
On the marks, the letters are showing the order of the rows while the numbers are showing the order of the columns.
FAQs - Sizing
What’s your sizing chart ?
Petite édition does not use standardised sizes but instead bases its system on your measurements. Each pattern uses different measurements, but our designs are usually made for bust circumference from 80 cm (31,5 in) to 116 cm (45,7 in), hip circumference from 86 cm (33,9 in) to 122 cm (48 in) and waist circumference from 62 cm (24,4 in) to 98 cm (38,6 in) and for heigths from 1m40 to 1m80.
How do I choose my size ?
Each pattern uses three to four measurements. You take the measurements, choose the closest size in the size chart, then cut the pieces related to this measurement.
Do you offer patterns for bust circumference over 116 cm (45,7 in) ?
We want to offer patterns for bust circumference over 116 cm (45,7 in), hip circumference over 122 cm (48 in) and waist circumference over 98 cm (38,6 in) as soon as possible.
